Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for Public Sector Employees
This Code outlines the fundamental values and expected behavior of public sector officials and employees of state-owned enterprises, within the General Government, while performing their duties.
At the same time, all personnel are bound by a singular obligation: to serve the public interest. Fulfilling this obligation requires adherence to professional conduct standards, fostering a culture of ethics within public administration and broader public sector companies, and enhancing the trust in the integrity of public institutions by the citizens.
