Reloading guide

You may issue and reload ThessTicket tickets and reload ThessCard cards at all automatic ticket vending machines.

Ticket issuing guide

Issuing tickets is a simple and easy process, just follow the instructions below.

Step 1

Select the language you prefer.

Step 2

If you want to issue a new ticket, select the ticket from those appearing on the touchscreen.
If you already have a ticket or card, insert it in the slot to reload it.

Step 3

After you have already inserted your card in the slot, the screen will show the current status (what type of products are available and information on them). On the "Loading options" screen, select "Load all products". When using a ThessTicket, the option "Stored value" will not be available.
Select the type of ticket you wish to issue.
Tickets appear in packs of 6 per page (2 x 3). In case there are more tickets available click on the “Next” button on the bottom right corner of the screen to see the next page of available tickets.

Step 4

Enter the number of tickets that you want to issue and the method of payment.

Step 5

Enter the required amount in the coin slot or the banknote reader. If you wish to pay using your bank card, place the card on the contactless point or insert the card in the bank card slot.

Step 6

The message "Please wait" appears on the screen while your products is being prepared and printed. After the ticket is issued the following message appears on the screen "Please take your ticket and your receipt".

Remember that:

You may confirm the product you have loaded on your ticket or card by clicking on the button “Card information” in the Home menu of any automatic ticket vending machine.
Automatic ticket vending machines accept all credit and debit cards.
