Beneficiaries of a reduced fare, such as people over 65, young people aged 7 to 18, college/university students, parents of multi-child families, etc., or free travel, such as the unemployed, the disabled, personnel of uniformed services, etc., must bear a personalized ThessCard, if they wish to make use of their benefit. 

In case of loss, theft or destruction of a reloadable smart ticket, the latter cannot be replaced or compensated since it does not bear the personal details of its holder. Also, let it be noted that, if a fare product is stored in it, the latter can be used by third parties. In the event of a malfunction during the reading/validation of a multi-fare ticket, the latter may be replaced at the network’s ticket counters, so long as the malfunction has been checked and confirmed by the issuer of the ticket.
