Terms of Use of the Website of Transport Authority of Thessaloniki SA (TheTA SA)

The purpose of this text is to present the terms and conditions about the use of the website www.oseth.com.gr and its sub-pages, collectively referred to as the “website”.
The use of this website implies the unconditional and full acceptance of the relevant terms, which apply to all of its contents.
The site was created to promote the work of TheTA SA, as well as the submission of requests/observations for the work which TheTA SA performs under the competencies assigned to the organization by article 3 of Law 4482/2017 after the online submission of data and documents required for the process.
During evaluation process of the application, the organization may ask for further details to be provided for a fuller examination.
The site is the property of the company “TheTA SA “.

As a creator and manager of the website, TheTA has taken every possible measure to ensure the rightful and lawful observance and processing of personal data provided by visitors to the site and its subpages, such as name, telephone number
