The Board of Directors consists of nine (9) members and is appointed by joint decision of Ministers of Finance and Infrastructure and Transport as defined by article 9 of Law 4472/2017.

It consists of: a) one (1) member proposed by the Region of Central Macedonia, b) one (1) member of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, c) one (1) member of the Regional Association of Municipalities of Central Macedonia, d) one (1) member alternatively from the Technical Chamber of Greece (Central Macedonia), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Thessaloniki and the Professional and Handicraft Chamber of Thessaloniki.

The Board of Directors consists of executive members, non-executive members and independent non-executive members.
